A 15-minute appointment to sign and file paperwork with two required witnesses. No ceremony, no vows exchanged, or no additional guests allowed.

Starting at $85

A 25-minute ceremony for the couple and two witnesses only. LAOS can travel to your chosen location or suggest one. No additional guests permitted, except children under 18.

Starting at $100

A 40-minute appointment and ceremony for 15 guests or fewer at your chosen location, or we will suggest one. Perfect for a small gathering with close friends and family. Includes a 30-minute grace period, vow exchange, and script. 

Starting at $150

A full-service ceremony for larger weddings. Includes travel to your venue, a custom script, and a Zoom consultation, filing marriage license after ceremony. A $25 deposit is required and credited toward the balance. This is a 75-minute appointment with a 35-minute grace period.

Need Witnesses? — $40

Getting married privately and don’t have witnesses? LAOS has you covered. We can provide witnesses for your ceremony and make sure your documents are properly signed and then filed by us. 

Elopement and Waiver  — $225 fee

24-hour waiver provided, legal ceremony performed, license signing, filing guidance same day. LAOS can work with your preferred vision or location.  You can also have your ceremony at the marriage license office to make things easier. Priority scheduling when available. (The preferred day for this service is Monday. )

Ceremony at a Restricted Location — Starting at $175

If your loved one is under home confinement or in a restricted facility, LAOS can help you begin your journey to forever. We can travel to the approved location, including local or federal detainment facilities when permitted. Advanced notice is required for proper preparation.

Small Indoor Venue — $175 Donation

(add $125 decorating and cleaning fee)

Need a small, quiet place to say “I do”? MCCBR at 7747 Tom Drive, Baton Rouge, LA offers a quaint indoor space for up to 20 guests. The 90-minute venue use includes chairs, sashes, chair covers, an aisle runner, rose petals, and an arch. Say your vows and take photos in a peaceful fellowship area with your donation to MCCBR, a church with a great heart and an even greater cause. Love for all. 

Professional Bridesmaid Service — $65 per hour

Need a calm, helpful pro on your wedding day? Hire a professional bridesmaid to stand in, serve as a ceremony witness, take photos, assist where needed, and even write or deliver a toast. You provide the dress and shoes, or give us a dress code, and we’ll show up ready to help. Two-hour minimum required.

Wedding Day Help — $50 per hour

Need extra help on the big day? Hire a personal assistant to help follow your wedding guide, line up the wedding party, pick up forgotten items, and assist where needed. Includes travel to your venue. Two-hour minimum required.

Simple Engagement Photos — $95 fee

Capture sweet memories before the big day with a 45 minute engagement photo session. We will send a novice photographer or photography student to capture your love in the economical way. Includes 25 edited digital images shared by Google Drive or email. Indoor sessions may be taken in MCCBR’s media room, or LAOS can work with your preferred vision or location. No outfit changes included.

Digital Invitations & Save the Dates — $60 fee

LAOS can design and format your digital invitations or save-the-dates using the JPEG or PNG images you provide. Finished items will be delivered by email or Google Drive share.

Event Host & MC Services — $45 per hour

Hosting a ladies’ brunch, social, or bridal shower? LAOS can help coordinate your special event and serve as the MC to keep everything flowing smoothly. A Zoom or Google Meet consultation is required. Two hours minimum required. 

**Travel Notice**

LAOS is primarily based in East Baton Rouge and Lafayette Parishes. Travel outside of these areas may require an additional travel fee. Please provide your desired location or destination during booking, and we will gladly quote the fee.

Vow renewal services start at $95 and may include traditional or personalized vows, a brief love story, ring rededication, and a special blessing or closing message.
